November 3, 2024Noisy Buldings If you have neighbors above you , then you can hear them walking, kids playing, pets barking, water running. A lot of the tenants don’t clean up after their pets. You have to be careful where you walk. Water and wastewater is not metered so you pay a percentage of the bill for the entire property , even if you were gone for the month.Property Manager Responded
