Pros:
- 24-hour gym
- Pool
- Dog park
- All appliances included
Cons:
- Smoke detectors insanely overreactive; will go off on a moments notice
- Mold everywhere unless you clean every day
- Very expensive for what seems like very cheap construction
- Very, very thin walls. You can hear exactly what is happening on the other side of any shared wall. Complete invasion of privacy
- Neighbors are not friendly, and have caused many problems. Even neighbors from other buildings
- A lot of hidden fees ...
upon move-in and move-out. Even with unreasonably high rent pricing.
Avoid this community at all costs.
