February 16, 2026The water fountains in the dog park have not been working for over a year. Residents with dogs don't clean up after their pets - the grounds are covered in dog poop, despite plenty of receptacles around the property. The mail room external door also has not been correctly operational for about a year - it doesn't lock, so anyone can access the room. Building 600 stays consistently dirty, which is the fault of the residents and very disappointing.Review from Apartments.com

November 24, 2025I had such a great leasing experience from start to finish. The entire leasing team was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, and they made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and made sure I fully understood every step. The approval process was surprisingly quick, which made moving in so much easier. When I arrived at the community, I was really impressed by how quiet and clean everything was. It already feels ...safe, peaceful, and well taken care of, which is something I really appreciate. October 18, 2025Just arrived late Friday night, But the staff was very accommodating, made sure I had access to the gate and apartment.
