    The move-in process was fast, Curstin was my leasing agent and she is amazing! All the employees in the leasing office are great and very helpful. It’s a beautiful complex, well kept, the neighbors are very nice and the added convenience to shopping nearby is a plus. I am so pleased with my decision to move here.

  • Great Place, Great Staff, Great Location!

    Moved in in November this year after scrambling due to Hurricane IAN Loss. Worked with the front office and they were more than accommodating. Found us a nice third floor unit with an elevator and could not be happier. The Parc is Clean, Modern, Has all the amenities with a nice pool, grills, fitness trail, club house, exercise room and more. Food trucks come in Sometimes Weekly for those busy days and have a few activities and socials. The maintenance crew is so friendly and pleasant and ...
    would do anything for you. The rental process was great and fully documented with contacts, timeframes etc.. Could not be happier in our new rental HOME!

    I love this property & the staff. They are all so warm, friendly, & create such an inviting atmosphere. They love all of the fur babies too! My pup adores them & like to go in & say hello every chance he gets. This place is a great place to live & I love how clean & groomed the grounds are & how the community always has fun activities lined up for residents to enjoy. 10/10 I definitely recommend!

  • We love it here!

    My family and I cannot recommend parc at Wesley Chapel enough! I want to first say that the maintenance team keep the grounds so clean. We had toured a number of apt complexes before we chose to move in back in December of 2021 and this one was by far the cleanest. The pool is always free of debris and there is never any lingering trash anywhere. The maintenance crew is also so prompt to fix any issues we have. I came home from work on Friday afternoon of 4th of July weekend and our air condition ...
    broke. No joke, they came within 15-20 minutes to start working on it! Amazing! Janan, Ana, and Curstin at the leasing office are super helpful and friendly whenever we need something. They are always coming up with fun community events for the residents. We really enjoy the weeknight food trucks and most recently they hosted a breakfast grab and go and a fathers day party. All in all, we have had an amazing experience here at parc, and we have to give a big thanks to the staff because they make it that much better. Thank you guys!

    Now that we have had time to settle down after moving from Vegas I have to say that Parc made a stressful move so much easier! We thought nothing would compare to our Las Vegas brand new apartment but we were wrong. Just look at the picture! That’s our view from our apartment. Coming to a a new city my partner and I knew no one but the office staff rallied around us and made sure we were good! Janan, Ana, and Kirstin, “hope I spelled that right” but they all called and checked up on us as we were ...
    moving. And even the maintenance. I dropped my bag with my wallet in it on the way to the airport and as I was in my Uber the maintenance man found my Id and called me right away. This was BEFORE the office opened. Even though we are alone we don’t feel alone. We struck Gold! If you are moving from out of state like me and are nervous, DON’T BE!

    Appartment is okay. It has some issues. Overall it looks nice inside. The appliances have had lots of issues during our lease. The walls are also very thin. This can be an issue at times. The noise can be very loud.

    They made our move in so smooth and management staff is great. The maintenance team is amazing and get requests fixed fast. Love the smart home option and will definitely recommend my friends.

  • Walls are thin

    I can hear everything my neighbor does upstairs and around me I can hear dogs barking non stop. The noise issue is why we are not renewing our lease loved that everything is new however there are plenty shortcomings in the quality and for the cost of rent it’s not worth it.

  • Madison was amazing

    Madison was so helpful throughout this process. She responds very quickly with all the answers. Truly knows how to calm you down when in a crisis mode lol. But really the property is gorgeous and the staff is even better Madison is the gal to ask for but in the event she isn’t there Justice is also super nice and helpful. Madison and justice made me feel like family walking in there. That is what I call high end customer service
