September 3, 2025Approval and move in was fast. Staff and neighbors are very friendly. My apartment is beautiful. Trash gets picked up and not just left at the door. My teens love the smart apps that opens and closes doors and turns off lights. We have a beautiful view of the lake and playground from our patio. Great Place, Great Staff, Great Location!
April 3, 2023Moved in in November this year after scrambling due to Hurricane IAN Loss. Worked with the front office and they were more than accommodating. Found us a nice third floor unit with an elevator and could not be happier. The Parc is Clean, Modern, Has all the amenities with a nice pool, grills, fitness trail, club house, exercise room and more. Food trucks come in Sometimes Weekly for those busy days and have a few activities and socials. The maintenance crew is so friendly and pleasant and ...would do anything for you. The rental process was great and fully documented with contacts, timeframes etc.. Could not be happier in our new rental HOME!Property Manager Responded

We love it here!
July 2, 2022My family and I cannot recommend parc at Wesley Chapel enough! I want to first say that the maintenance team keep the grounds so clean. We had toured a number of apt complexes before we chose to move in back in December of 2021 and this one was by far the cleanest. The pool is always free of debris and there is never any lingering trash anywhere. The maintenance crew is also so prompt to fix any issues we have. I came home from work on Friday afternoon of 4th of July weekend and our air condition ...broke. No joke, they came within 15-20 minutes to start working on it! Amazing! Janan, Ana, and Curstin at the leasing office are super helpful and friendly whenever we need something. They are always coming up with fun community events for the residents. We really enjoy the weeknight food trucks and most recently they hosted a breakfast grab and go and a fathers day party. All in all, we have had an amazing experience here at parc, and we have to give a big thanks to the staff because they make it that much better. Thank you guys!Property Manager Responded

April 21, 2022Now that we have had time to settle down after moving from Vegas I have to say that Parc made a stressful move so much easier! We thought nothing would compare to our Las Vegas brand new apartment but we were wrong. Just look at the picture! That’s our view from our apartment. Coming to a a new city my partner and I knew no one but the office staff rallied around us and made sure we were good! Janan, Ana, and Kirstin, “hope I spelled that right” but they all called and checked up on us as we were ...moving. And even the maintenance. I dropped my bag with my wallet in it on the way to the airport and as I was in my Uber the maintenance man found my Id and called me right away. This was BEFORE the office opened. Even though we are alone we don’t feel alone. We struck Gold! If you are moving from out of state like me and are nervous, DON’T BE!Property Manager Responded

Appartment is Okay
April 18, 2022The appartment was nice on the inside but had a lot of issues. The walls are paper thin. Dogs constantly barking and babies crying. Hard to sleep.Property Manager Responded

Okay
January 29, 2022Appartment is okay. It has some issues. Overall it looks nice inside. The appliances have had lots of issues during our lease. The walls are also very thin. This can be an issue at times. The noise can be very loud.Property Manager Responded
