Place has deteriorated after new management took over. Common areas filthy. Dog poop everywhere. Dog policy not enforced. Dog park is filthy dog poop everywhere. Fitness center equipment not maintained. Pool furniture is filthy. People eating food and drinking glass bottle beer inside the pool. Dogs inside the pool. Most security doors do not work with codes. Leash laws not enforced. When you bring up these issues with office they just say they’ll take care of it but they don’t. Please check ...

Approval and move in was fast. Staff and neighbors are very friendly. My apartment is beautiful. Trash gets picked up and not just left at the door. My teens love the smart apps that opens and closes doors and turns off lights. We have a beautiful view of the lake and playground from our patio. Very convenient, can walk to Winn Dixie and places to eat without driving.

The move-in process was fast, Curstin was my leasing agent and she is amazing! All the employees in the leasing office are great and very helpful. It’s a beautiful complex, well kept, the neighbors are very nice and the added convenience to shopping nearby is a plus. I am so pleased with my decision to move here.

Moved in in November this year after scrambling due to Hurricane IAN Loss. Worked with the front office and they were more than accommodating. Found us a nice third floor unit with an elevator and could not be happier.
The Parc is Clean, Modern, Has all the amenities with a nice pool, grills, fitness trail, club house, exercise room and more. Food trucks come in Sometimes Weekly for those busy days and have a few activities and socials.
The maintenance crew is so friendly and pleasant and ...
would do anything for you.
The rental process was great and fully documented with contacts, timeframes etc..

I love this property & the staff. They are all so warm, friendly, & create such an inviting atmosphere. They love all of the fur babies too! My pup adores them & like to go in & say hello every chance he gets. This place is a great place to live & I love how clean & groomed the grounds are & how the community always has fun activities lined up for residents to enjoy. 10/10 I definitely recommend!

My family and I cannot recommend parc at Wesley Chapel enough! I want to first say that the maintenance team keep the grounds so clean. We had toured a number of apt complexes before we chose to move in back in December of 2021 and this one was by far the cleanest. The pool is always free of debris and there is never any lingering trash anywhere. The maintenance crew is also so prompt to fix any issues we have. I came home from work on Friday afternoon of 4th of July weekend and our air condition ...
broke. No joke, they came within 15-20 minutes to start working on it! Amazing! Janan, Ana, and Curstin at the leasing office are super helpful and friendly whenever we need something. They are always coming up with fun community events for the residents. We really enjoy the weeknight food trucks and most recently they hosted a breakfast grab and go and a fathers day party. All in all, we have had an amazing experience here at parc, and we have to give a big thanks to the staff because they make it that much better. Thank you guys!

Now that we have had time to settle down after moving from Vegas I have to say that Parc made a stressful move so much easier! We thought nothing would compare to our Las Vegas brand new apartment but we were wrong. Just look at the picture! That’s our view from our apartment.
