Unprofessional
March 12, 2023my significant other called on 3/11 to schedule a tour of the premises. the representative that he spoken to had scheduled him for the next day at 3/12 at 12p. so when we show up, the office was closed and no one was answering. we called upper management AION about our concerns and they saw our reservation at 12. the thing is, the fact that you couldn't even schedule your time wisely shows me how the property is ran. thanks but no thanksReview from Apartments.com

September 13, 2022This once lovely community really sunk to an all-time low when Aion Management took over. Many older ones on fixed incomes were displaced as a result of the huge rent increase. They offered long leases to bring down the rents, but that still averaged about $400 more for many long-time residents. Just not worth it under Aion Management. While the old Penn Brook Gardens ran as a well-oiled machine; the new management did nothing but decrease the quality of living. New Management is ripping me off
September 11, 2022The new management start charging way more. Sudden increase of 500$ rent for one bedroom apartment and start charging you for water, trash and other which was included before. Paying 50% more than before for same apartment with no upgrade is crazy. Clearly new management is looking for any opportunity to charge you for. July 25, 2022What started out as a decent place to live paying a fair rent for what you got, has become an absolute joke and nightmare. The new management company is not to be trusted. You'll be significantly overcharged rent for what little you get, as well as charged for every little thing now, all on top of poor service. And yes, this place does have a cockroach problem. July 11, 2022notice how many units are available? new management has successfully ran off many of their residents after insisting to charge more for less. I was happy here but cannot pay these prices when I could be paying the same or similar for built in ac, washers and dryers, WAY more space, even average service from staff. Don't Even Bother Looking
May 17, 2022New management and maintenance are awful!! They upped rent and changed rent agreements out of no where. So now I'll have to pay $600/month MORE to stay in an old, tiny apartment, that doesn't even have central AC, and is littered with cockroaches (they even have roach traps in the laundry rooms that are filled with roaches, it's so gross). Forget it if you need something fixed either. Maintenance just makes the problem worse. I already found a much nicer apartment for only $100 more than what I ...was paying, that actually has central AC, washer/dryer in unit and 0 complaints about roaches. September 8, 2021I will say if I need to move back to the area, I would choose this apt complex without a doubt. I lived there 7 years. I had a 1 bdrm apt 2nd floor. Loved the closet space. For me, the apt was a perfect size and it was homey. When I had maintence issues, they were called in quick! I will say the maintenance team is great! They seriously get it done.
