Maintenance Guys are Excellent
January 5, 2024Jomar and Pep were here to fix a few things for us after our move-in inspection. They were courteous and polite and were able to fix the issues we had quickly and efficiently. Our move-in inspection with Josh went very smoothly and he was able to answer all of our questions and fix a few small issues during the inspection process so we didn't have to wait.Property Manager Responded

Don’t let the pretty view fool you. TERRIBLE
March 8, 2022My first apartment and it was the worst experience ever. Two weeks into moving in somebody broke into my car. Leasing office didn’t do anything because they don’t have cameras around the buildings but at the gate… THAT IS ALWAYS BROKEN. Forget getting a good nights sleep because you hear everything! Gunshots, screaming, dogs on the back patio. There was a resident who would keep dog fence’s on there patio.. office didn’t care. Everyone in that office is very rude , especially the leasing manager, ...you have a issue it’s like pilling teeth to find a solution. There was somebody stealing packages throughout the day. Leasing didn’t care, told us to contact the postal office. Beautiful area but you’re better off finding another place to live. The rent is pretty high for the type of layout you get. Moved in there were stains in the carpet by the door.. moved out I was charged for them instead after the maintenance told me on the first day i moved in i wasn’t going to be since the carpet cleaners tried everything to get the stain out. Don’t bother to call the courtesy officer because he will say he can’t do anything and hung up the call on your face if they ever call! Don’t move in here! Not worth it.
September 25, 2021If you’re military stay away. I had to terminate my lease early due to PCS gave them my orders and for the final account statement (i had no correspondence from them between move out to now first time hearing about anything being owed was a collections letter) i was just sent 3 months later on the exact date that would’ve been the end of my leasing term the total is what would’ve been the remainder of rent payments for the lease but they obviously labeled it as other things to cover their tracks ...but when has anyone ever heard of a $3650 move out fee? Also they didn’t even deduct my deposits to this total. I wish i would’ve took heed to the warnings in the reviews before i decided to rent with them but i decided to see for myself, not worth it at all. The property staff are nice when you’re looking to rent but once the lease is signed it’s a different story very unprofessional, combative, and unwilling to work with renters. They also changed my locks while i was on a two week vacation because they were renovating and just could not wait to change the blinds but failed to notify me of this change then refused to give me my new set of keys to get into the apartment i was paying for, the police had to be called to get my keys from them after waiting almost 15 hours. Current Resident - Terrible Tenant Service
February 14, 2021For about two years now, the entrance gate has been broken. Recently, and for the last several days, only the resident key to the gate works. That means that guests, food delivery, and ubers cannot get through the gate. I reached out to the management several times, and I got one response, ‘you’re not the only one having this issue. We’re working on it.’ That was 6 days ago and management has gone home from the weekend while the gate is still broken. The sad thing is I truly believe they think ...that is the right answer. The apartments are nice, and I don’t like moving, that’s why I am still here, but the management is outstandingly apathetic. Future residents trample current residents here. Worst experience
August 22, 2020The negative experience started before move in! When we arrived none of our paperwork was ready! Then our floor had sharp ripped linoleum, they told me to duct tape it. Eventually that came up and they said go buy a rug to cover it. They told me if my flooring is replaced they will raise my rent! After my husband cut his foot on the cement they finally fixed it! Our air went out on a Saturday while the temp was 79°f and they said due to the fact it wasnt 80°f outside they wont fix it until ...monday. This Property Is Excellent
March 5, 2020I have been living in ParcStone Apartments for 3 years. The staff here is amazing and know you by name. When I come in the office with my son not only does the staff great me by name they also know my son's name. It makes him feel special knowing that they really know us.
