Landlord is very helpful and the property is beautiful!
September 30, 2022I moved to GR about six months ago and reached out to Parchment Point and was able to get a same day showing. I signed the lease the next day and am happy with my choice. The property is beautiful and maintenance requests are easy and prompt. I am planning on signing for another year since my lease is up in November. I feel safe here and appreciate that my landlord has been accessible and very professional. I am so glad that I get to call it home here.Review from Apartments.com
