Unfinished Repairs & Poor Management Response

I moved into Park 16 on May 29 after being told the apartment was ready. When we arrived, there were many issues, including broken cabinets, bathroom problems, and doors that would not close properly. Nearly a month later, only about 50% of the repairs have been completed. Management was very friendly during the application process, but once we moved in and reported problems, the attitude changed. I am disappointed with both the maintenance and customer service and would not recommend this ...

It’s been over a year of trying to get my deposit back after being denied for false reasons. I have called and emailed them numerous times and no one ever calls me back. I finally had to drive there in person a couple of times just for them to tell me that they have no clue what’s going on. At this point I’m probably going to need to sue them to get my money back.

This is a dangerous place! Drug Tafficking, Chaos, and Crime! There is always shootings, police are here on a regular basis! They are not just here for shootings but for stolen catalytic converters, stolen vehicles, domestic violence, you name it!! People have died at this place, literally right in front of the playgrounds! If you have kids, stay away!

I like the fact we have a new unit that was not occupied before. The location is ideal due to a lot of businesses that are close by. Hopefully my kids can meet new friends that will last a long time to come.

This community has units ranging from 1-5 bedrooms. The community is designed to accommodate families. The property has 3 different playground areas for the children to play on. They also have an indoor pool with an outdoor Jacuzzi, large accommodating conference room, media room, business center, a game room stocked with board games for the kids to play with. The property is close to shopping and other conveniences as well.

The apartments are beautiful and clean, friendly neighbors and lots of children. It's in a great area close to two wonderful school's, wild waves, and Wal-Mart. I will say the office employees could be a lot more organized than what they are and the pool restrictions/rules are slightly ridiculous but overall a great place for families.
