We rented this apartment without ever having physically seen it as we were moving here with very little notice from Texas. We used Apartments.com and searched for 4/5 star apartments in the area and quickly found Park 205. The apartment community is VERY well maintained, it's in a great location with a great little downtown area with lots of little shops and local eats. apartment is incredibly quiet and RIGHT next door to Whole Foods so grocery shopping is easy. The only reason we didn't rate this place a perfect 5 stars is due to a few minor things (I would have rated it 4.5 stars if that was an option). We have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit and there is no pantry...and not a ton of kitchen storage. I was actually super surprised there was no pantry and we had to do some creative storage things as we came here from a home in Texas. Among the small things that kept it from being a 5: The refrigerator door was all scratched up (minor scratches, no big deal) and the master bedroom is pretty small. Once our bed was in, there was almost no room for the dresser. It fits, but you can't open the drawers all the way because it's too close to the bed. A weird design thing was that the sprinklers and alarms and vents are all installed in the walls instead of the ceiling and at weird places so it's really hard to hang pictures because there is always something in the way. Other than those minor things, the place is really very very nice.
