Love the neighborhood and my neighbors in the building. I enjoy the building events to help get to know our neighbors. Gym is great for a quick work out hen you don't want to leave your home.

I have lived here for a few years and never had any issues. Maintenance has been quick to respond whenever I have had an issue. The location is perfect that it's close to shopping and restaurants. You are in the city but it doesn't feel that way. The front office staff have always been helpful.

Great location! You can walk to several restaurants. Hardly feels like you’re near the city. Everyone is super kind and our neighbors are always friendly.

Great communication with updates, amenities taking place, quick maintenance response and Victoria or Lindsey always answer the phone! The hallways are always clean and the coffee center is always stocked.

I have lived here since 2018, and it has been awesome! Staff is super friendly and the apartments are very spacious and warming. Would recommended this place to anyone looking for a luxury apartment downtown.

We love it here! It’s a beautiful area, very walkable, close to downtown, easy access to other suburbs of the area. The amenities are nice and very well taken care of, and the space is well utilized. Staff is wonderful and always so helpful!

Everything was great expect for noise! Could hear everything above us at all times of day and night. Amenities are nice, used the pool a lot and enjoyed it.
