Great place to live
December 10, 2024I like living at Park Alta! The apartments are updated and have in-unit laundry and walk-in closets. The community has two pools, a gym, a playground, and BBQ areas. Plus, it’s right next to a school, parks, and shopping, which makes everything really convenient for me and my family.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2024This complex is a great place to call home if you're looking for an affordable apartment with lots of space and nice amenities! The employees at the front office were very nice and helpful when I moved in and I've had a great experience living here ever since. It's pet friendly and the neighbors are quiet, the rooms are great size for the price, and it is an overall clean apartment complex. absolute worst experience
June 15, 2024The most major offenses that theyve done for the past couple years ive lived here is 1. Enter my apartment without my consent while i was sleeping 2. Over charging my rent price. And i have emails explaining the rates and my outdated apartment should be having stainless steel according to their prices and most importantly 3. The worst most enraging front office. My toilet wouldnt stop running on a saturday. To which counts as an emergency but apparently not to them. A toilet that doesn’t allow me ...to use it, is an emergency. Someone told me to fix it myself by looking for a chain. To which i already tried to fix it because i knew they wouldnt answer to help. But Im not familiar with this kind of toilet and I couldnt fix it. And if i break it guess what i have to pay for it!! Anyways. I tried 12 different numbers. And NONE work for Park Vista. The only number i could get a hold of someone was the neighboring complex that they also own. She gave me a number, i called. And to my surprise someone answered but then told me to call again for emergency maintenance. To which DOESNT EXIST!! So i try calling again. She ignores all of them. After crying on the phone and literally begging for someone at my complex to call me back. Finally someone did. And my problem is still not fixed. She told me she would try contacting someone and call me back. But she probably never will. So now well have to see who has to pay for the water bill since the toilet is broken.Property Manager Responded
