Moved here few months ago and regret it. My request for maintenance keeps getting cleared without the issue being fixed. One large burner on the stove hasn't been working since Oct. 22nd. It is now Dec. 20th. the issue still hasn't been fixed and the maintenance order was canceled again. The same with the heat & AC. Submitted a request that the apartment was too hot in the summer. The request was canceled. Recently it was freezing, had to use space heater to heat up. I had to go down to the ...
office and tell them again. When maintenance came, they said the apartment needed a new motor that's why it wasn't working properly. they asked why wasn't a request made. told them we Submitted multiple. They responded that they did not know.
There is so much more. This experience has been very disappointing especially since we lived at another Adam's development property prior to this. When you email the office, they do not respond anymore.
