The building manager and her maintenance team could not be more attentive. If there's an issue (clogged drain, full dumpsters, unauthorized vehicles in your assigned parking spot) she and they are on it. Well kept lawn, great snow removal, vacuumed communal hallways, secured and dry basement cage for excess belongings.

The Park Avenue is a great value. The property is clean, and well taken after. Any issues that arise, are taken care of promptly. It is nice to be within walking distance of Downtown, and only a short ride from the Loop.
