January 17, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOffice personnel changes twice a year. Constantly vandalized inside and out. ZERO maintenance requests for a non working water heater for 6 weeks+. This place is absolute trash even for the price.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comApartments are spacious and nice. Wish they had linen closets and built in bathroom drawers. Not many amenities, it would be nice if they had a gym. However, it has a great location ( easy access to light rail, 2 major highways and walking distance to the 16th St mall) and washer/dryer in all units.
