The location to Vernon Hills is nice and the rooms are a decent size. However, one of the rooms doesn’t get AC and the heat is very unreliable. If you want to install an ac unit in that room, you can’t because the windows have screens on them… The package lockers are nice, but there aren’t enough of them for the size of the community which has resulted in my packages being stolen. Even through all that it might still be worth it, but the turnover and unreliability in the leasing term is truly ...
crazy. One time for example, when applying the guy who was helping us got fired and they somehow reserved the wrong unit for us. This place really needs to take make some drastic/creative changes.
