Retired couple, living our dream, downtown on College Avenue. Our apartment is amazing. A lot of amenities that you don’t usually get in most apartments. These include upscale finishes, lots of lighting in every room, modern finishes, high ceilings, great layout, plenty of cabinets & closet space, etc. Security is very good from the front entry door to our unit door. Feel completely safe and secure. Very well equipped social area that includes a pool table, golf simulation, kitchen area and ...

After deciding to move to Appleton from Miami, FL, Corey helped us feel right at home. This building offers amenities unlike any other building in the Fox Valley (Golf Simulator, Theater, etc). I would highly recommend this building to anybody looking for a high-end, big city feel. The location is unbeatable as well for someone looking to experience all downtown Appleton has to offer.
