worst apartment experience ever
May 28, 2020when moving in... they wouldn't show the apartment until long after we had paid security and barely before our move-in date. after moving in, neighbors are nasty, gross, and ignorant. tried delivering a package to another building that was incorrectly sent to me and it almost caused a fight. the list of maintenance issues is LONG. nothing has been fixed. reported a pest issue today and was told we should have reported it yesterday because that's when the exterminator comes. was also told ...maintenance would come by today but that was a like, and they never showed. other tenants dont follow the rules. we have noise issues all the time and the walls are paper thin. constant stench of cigarettes in common areas of the building and I can smell my neighbors weed and food every night. truly the worst place for my infant daughter to live. if you call parent company to apartment they shrug it off and tell you to call your property manager... and in barely 3 months of living here that person has switched twice!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 11, 2016Been living here almost one year. As it is my first apt. living experience, I am very happy here. The apartment is beautiful. Maintainance quickly takes care of any issues. Children live here, but it is not noisy at all. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Location is the appeal of Park Chase
August 10, 2015Located near downtown Fox Chase, the apartments are within ten minutes walking distance to the Fox Chase Line train station, that will take you to Center City quicker than you can drive there. The 67 bus also stops right at the front door of Park Chase, and it's easy to accomplish a number of errands on foot, with nearby grocery stores, barbers, banks and restaurants.
