Has potential under different management
April 30, 2021This property is not very well-maintained. The apartment was filthy when we moved in despite being told it was professionally cleaned. The carpets appear to be the lowest quality carpet on the market, and are rock hard. The fixtures, appliances, cabinets, window treatments are all very old, poorly maintained, and not clean. The management unfairly took money out of our deposit after moving out. The management would ask for access to the apartment with less than 24 hours notice. The management ...is very present at the property and is constantly checking in, which felt intrusive and invasive to me.
