The location is perfect, settled between a few schools and restaurants running close to the highway. That is all. Their pool is constantly in repair, whenever repair people visit they ensure they need to be in the way and disturb people who are trying to leave their homes constantly. roof crew started, our ice has melted to a deep pool, our meat is going bad, and our fruit is softening. That is over 200-300 in our fridge but lately as we've been trying to get someone to solve it, nobody has answered or sent anyone for 3 days straight. Its honestly upsetting, we've been here since I started Wharton High to when I became a teacher. The rent went up but my expectations are running severely low. Oh and don't forget the neighborhood kids that feel the need to race through the halls and stomp on the ceiling. That is all, do not recommend. Especially not in this economy.

Max of 2. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $350 due at move-in. Only one fee for 1 or 2 pets of $20 a month. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
