RUN AWAY
July 6, 2025As a current resident, I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT RENT HERE. If 0 stars was an option, that’s what I would give. They cannot keep maintenance staff so getting anything fixed is nearly impossible and takes forever. We had a leaking toilet that took 4+ months to be addressed. Our washing machine has been broken for over 2 weeks now with no timeline on getting it fixed. When I went in to the office to ask what was going on (over a week after submitting the maintenance request) I was told by ...the lady at the desk “you live in an apartment, you have to expect that things will go wrong.” Let me be clear, it’s not that things are going wrong, it’s that they will not fix issues with amenities that we are paying for with our rent in a timely manner. We’ve been doing apartment living for the last 5 years and never had this hard of a time getting things fixed at our last complex. We are also going on about a week of absolutely 0 water pressure in the showers in our primary bathroom. Which has also not been addressed. Yes, we have another bathroom but we’re paying for a 2 bathroom unit that we can’t utilize. These are just issues we are having with our unit. The dumpster area has been destroyed for almost a year causing the dumpster to be sat in plain sight in the parking lot which is constantly overflowing with garbage. There’s also a carport that partially collapsed 6+ months ago that still hasn’t been removed or replaced. It’s completely dangerous. POOL CLOSED ALL SUMMER
August 27, 2024This place has gone downhill HARD. Maintenance is a nightmare, and often takes months. The pool was closed by the city for Health Violations and has remained closed ALL summer. The grass has gone to seed and is so long it is falling over. I moved into a "renovated' apartment and have had nothing but trouble. The shower walls are peeling, our ancient AC has broken twice now and soaks our floor with water. They refused to come fix it on a Friday (said we had to go all weekend without AC) ...until we told them they need to put us up in a hotel then. Property has dropped horrendously
August 28, 2024The property used to be fairly decent. Now the standard has dropped to an all time low. The pool is broken and closed more than it's usable. Trash is all over the parking lot, there are no trash cans in the parking lot so you can't help by picking it up. The loose trash around the dumpster is always horrible and the smell is atrocious. Lately they aren't even keeping the grass cut. The package delivery concierge apparently was more trouble TO THEM than it was worth, so they stopped using it. ...Now we are forced to go into the office, when it's open and convenient for them, to pick up our packages. That sounds like tampering with the US mail to me. And what they are charging for rent, and they don't even bother to ask their tenants how they feel, if they're happy, they clearly do not care and this is becoming one more trashy place that just takes our money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bait and switch, no communication, lost money and frustration await
July 23, 2024I began the leasing process 6 weeks prior to my move in date to avoid surprises, headache and frustration. Unfortunately, the team at Park Edge worked their magic to create chaos, stress and lost money. It felt as if I was dragging them along through their leasing process despite having 6 weeks to prepare, all while them assuring me all they needed to do was push a few buttons on their end, a task they were tardy accomplishing at each step. I called to ensure they received everything they needed, ...but the employee I spoke to must never have delivered my message or Park Edge purposely doesn't call you back. I was told once approved I would receive a Welcome Letter alerting me who to contact for utilities and internet. After approval I called Park Edge twice asking for them to send the welcome letter packet. I was promised it would be sent the same day as my second call, it arrived 1.5 days later. The email urged me to “hurry” and “call to set up services ASAP” because my move in date was fast approaching. I completed my tasks immediately and called Park Edge to confirm. I was told I was in great shape and my move in date three days from then would not be an issue. 90 minutes later I received a call informing me the apartment I was promised would not be available because the remodel was nowhere near complete, Park Edge instead wanted me to take a different apartment that was missing some of the amenities I required, a bait and switch job. When I said that was unacceptable I was told they would work on another solution but that would need to wait until the next day because it was nearly quitting time and their blunder is obviously no real concern to them since they already had my money. Another missed deadline for them to call me so I drove to Park Edge and asked for my money backing and explained my frustration during the entire process. I was told I could not get my money back because they offered me a "solution" of moving into a different location missing amenities. Without a refund I walked out of their office and contacted their corporate office to file a complaint. Corp said they would research and call me back. It’s been three days and no call back. Be very very cautious
June 27, 2024The complex is famous for over promising and under delivering. It started with promising us to have a move in ready apartment, only to be met with broken shades, kitchen cabinets, base of the cabinets molded and falling apart, garbage disposal not working, just to name a few. It takes REPEATED calls and complaining to get anything done. This is the ONLY COMPLEX EVER that doesn’t let you even see pictures of your apartment before you move in. They promised us an updated kitchen with appliances and ...cabinets, only to be the most outdated kitchen we’ve ever lived with. DO NOT move in unless you see your exact apartment because they have and will lie about what amenities and appliances it comes with. Even when basic amenities they charge you for are out, they’ll take your money no problem but never fix it. That extends to the pool. What’s advertised as a “year round pool” will be open for one week, then shut down for another month, open then closed on repeat during peak pool season. They recently brought in contractors to update appliances. Not only did they show up a week after they said they would. They left a complete mess, ruined our bed by stepping all over it with their dirty shoes and left screws standing up in our bathmats. When confronting the complex, they took no responsibility and again never followed up after they said they would. Do NOT move here
June 24, 2024Maintenance is atrocious. The day I moved into a “renovated” apartment there was standing water under both bathroom sinks and the kitchen and master bathroom had not been finished. I did not have a functioning oven/stove for the first six weeks and it took multiple phone calls to get the bathroom leaks fixed. Subsequent leaks occurred in the guest bathroom. The handle on the master toilet broke and after two weeks I ended up buying the parts and fixing it myself. The washer also broke and it ...took over two months to even get someone to come look at it. Voicemails and emails are ignored and when they do answer they lie or tell you someone will be out. Terrible Company/Complex
June 16, 2024Just don’t move here. Save yourself the frustration. We have black mold growing on our walls. We’ve been told it will be fixed for over a month and they haven’t come in once to even check on it. We’ve heard “we’ll be in Monday” more times than I can count. Tons of bugs come in all the time and the pest control service they work with has come in to several apartments, looked around, put a card down saying he sprayed when he didn’t and was in there for 30 seconds. Extremely Poor Management - (Maintenance & Service)
December 14, 2023This was a great place to live until Cohen Esrey took over management. Since management has changed, we have had horrendous service and rapid rent hikes. We have had numerous maintenance issues, including a flooded bathroom that was never completely resolved, leaving mold in the apartment. This left half of our apartment unusable for 2 months. We had to beg to get the work addressed (in person, on the phone, via email). Heavy mold was recently found on our windows. The baseboards of the ...bathroom were never treated or replaced and are still loose in the bathroom where the heavy water damage occurred. Water got underneath the vanity and sat for months and was never repaired. After months of requesting concessions, we were offered $75 as a concession. We have since given our notice to leave due to the constant maintenance issues and because we didn’t give 60 day notice (which granted, is required in the lease) they are requiring a full extra months worth of rent. It is completely ridiculous how they can offer $75 due to the maintenance issues we had (and this was one of 4 maintenance issues that took over a month to fix) and then turn around and point to the lease and demand an extra months worth of rent. They have not followed through with their end of the agreement. The service has been terrible. We never even received an apology for the maintenance issues, just a “well the issue is resolved now”. Top Notch Service and Living!
October 5, 2021I just moved in here and couldn't be happier with the place! The Apartments are quite roomy, especially the closet & laundry room. The lighting and the sound barrier in each room was well thought out...... It's unlike any apartment I've ever lived in. The best part is the trash valet that picks your trash up literally at your front door! The staff here is absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Hailey and she was beyond incredible throughout the whole process! The gym and the pool ...are 24 hours, There's a coffee bar in the office, as well as a beautiful garden! I highly recommend this place and I'm excited to be here!Property Manager Responded

Amazing staff!
October 3, 2021I have lived here for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it! The community is very family oriented and we feel safe here. We love the year round 24hr pool and gym! Great Office! 24Hr POOL!
September 29, 2021I love the office staff and the year-round pool! Staff always is very responsive and maintenance is super fast when work orders are submitted.
