I’ve had a great experience at Park Forest Apartments. The office staff is friendly, maintenance responds quickly, and the community is quiet and well maintained. The location is convenient, and the apartments are affordable. I would definitely recommend Park Forest to anyone looking for a place to call home. Ask for Jaylynn when you stop by. If she’s busy, the other ladies in the office are great too and will be happy to help you find your new home.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Park Forest Apartments! From the very beginning, the leasing staff Jaylynn made the move-in process simple, smooth, and stress-free. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel welcomed from day one. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I was impressed with the updated finishes and brand-new appliances. Everything looked fresh, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like home ...

immediately. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe, which gives me peace of mind. The grounds are clean, parking is convenient, and it’s clear that management takes pride in maintaining the property. If you’re looking for an apartment with excellent customer service, modern amenities, a clean living space, and a welcoming community, I highly recommend Park Forest Apartments. I’m glad I chose to call this place home!

I recently toured Park Forest Apartments and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and actually took the time to answer all my questions instead of rushing me. The apartments were clean, updated, and the property felt quiet and well kept. They also explained the move-in process clearly which made everything less stressful. If you’re looking for a place that’s affordable but still maintained, I definitely recommend checking them out.

The maintenance is horrible here! Several residence have had mold problems. 24 hour maintenance message line is always full. This property has a lot of senior citizens that live here. The office staff do not care that we as older adults need extra help sometimes. Very frustrated looking for a new place to move too! Other than that I love my neighbors. Too bad the apartments don't care about us!
