My experience with Park and Garden has been amazing to say the least. From showing the apartment and being patient with me throughout the process to executing documents quickly and professionally. The whole team including concierge is kind and professional and extremely helpful with any questions i might have. They always greet you with a smile. Move in was smooth. I had a minor maintenance request and it was taken care of same day, just goes to show how much they value their tenants.

Everything is ok. But water and electricity off several times. Outside noise due to construction. Staffs are not friendly. Building always clean.

I love park and garden! Everyone is so nice and inviting! And the amenities are a great bonus, especially the gym and the pool, but I do with there was a little more space in the gym to do mat work.
