I hate the gates.

The gate system is just a data steal that tracks when you enter and leave, and you must have your phone with you to enter where you live. Also management can be snarky with "Preferred" Apartments. Location is the only thing that makes life bearable.

I've been renting in Providence in the Park for about a year now, and since I've been in DFW this place has been a strong contender for the best experience I've had. Rent is a little on the price side for the size of the unit, but overall quality makes it worth it in my opinion. The office tram is are great, maintenance team awesome, and overall I am very pleased with Cortland and Providence in the Park. I would, and have, highly recommend them.

Solid 8/10. Not perfect but close as can be reasonable. Great office crew, and great maintenance (shoutout to Tone who fixed our sink). A little on the pricey side, but worth it imo. Only been here a couple of months, but I am very happy with the overall experience.

I have lived at Providence in the Park for a month and a half now and was holding back on writing a review until I had been here a little while. So far my experience here has been phenomenal. The office staff is very communicative and responds to calls and emails promptly and courteously. When we moved in, our apartment needed a lot of maintenance. The team made sure to take care of any issues right away! The pest management was also quick to handle the issues we encountered upon moving in. I ...
love the location of the the complex as it's near the highway so there is easy access but it's also near many restaurants and entertainment areas. The apartment itself is really great! I absolutely appreciate the size of the kitchen! The natural light that comes into the apartment is also fantastic. I love the look of the grounds and can appreciate that they are well maintained. I have been so happy to call Providence in the Park home!

Overall our apartment is great, the management staff is great. maintenance is good, front door trash pick up is good (but we don't use it). The dumpster need to have a pick up on saturdays I think, everyone just throws there trash all around the dumpsters and it makes it very hard to get the dumpster.
