Property manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate when asking for a replacement parking pass. The pass was a ripped up piece of paper that I had over a year and they said with out returning it my parking pass can not be replaced. also the laundry rooms are always a mess and smell like cat urine and the doors are always kept open so the washers and dryers h ave dirt/residue all over.

We had questions and concerns regarding our stay here at Park Heights. I have been working with Valerie, the leasing agent for over a week. She has helped us easily solve all issues with professionalism, knowledge, and a smile. I highly recommend a tour with Valerie as she knows the business and is a straight shooter. Only once in a while an employee of her caliber comes around and Valerie is one of them.

The maintenance staff onsite is speedy with repairs and super friendly. To be specific Chris is amazing! Anytime I have a maintenance request he is prompt to respond, knowledgeable about what he’s doing, and is very personable. Overall, the property is pretty quiet and clean.

You could do a lot worse than this place. There’s been some issues in the past, but the new manager is working really hard to turn things around and enforce a higher standard for the complex. Also Bella is an absolute star, she’s so helpful and does her best to help out in anyway she can. They’re patient and understanding and have actually helped me out a lot, I’m grateful to live here!

We went to a few places before here and this was the cleanest complex! The ladies in the office were above and beyond what one would expect with customer service. Today me and my gf went to go view these apartments and had the absolute pleasure of meeting the leasing consultant Janessa and the manager Maria. They are the sweetest and completely sold us on the apartments that are spacious and very very pretty the complex itself is clean and peaceful which i love you can definitely tell its managed very very well. We’re putting in an application and definitely hope to live here soon!!

The counter tops are painted on. They are not granite like the Pictures try to make them seem. Also The water here is cloudy white and will leave a white residue on the Bathroom sinks. Also try not to scrub to hard on the counter tops because you will scrub the counter top paint away. Other than that The apartments do have High Ceiling. Apartments are Insulated not much Noise from The traffic. They are making improvements in the outside. Gate does not work.
