September 23, 2023Beautiful grounds and overall I like living here. I do wish there was reviews on the parking issues before I rented. I understand you may not obtain a spot right outside your unit but parking 2/3 buildings down constantly is an issue. These are luxury apartments so I feel I shouldn’t need to park that far away in what I consider overflow parking. There is garages to rent but over my budget.Property Manager Responded

Best place to live in the area
March 29, 2023My family and I have lived her for over 3 years now, and by far it's been the most stress free and enjoyable place we've ever lived. The grounds are always well maintained year round. Maintenance, when needed, is prompt and courteous - always goes above and beyond. Management has always been a pleasure to deal with. It's not hard to tell that they take pride in this community. Peaceful place to live
March 27, 2023My wife and I have lived at Park Hill for almost 2 years and we're really enjoying it. Residents are really nice and mellow and the staff has always been friendly and accomodating. It's a great place to live with tranquil ponds featuring ducks and geese. Never any issues with loud music or parties and always feel safe walking my dogs even very late at night. The staff is very prompt with maintenance requests. Also, the apartments are really spacious and have lots of closet space. Location is ...super convenient as well.Property Manager Responded

Park Hill - Great living option
March 27, 2023I have been living at Park Hill for almost two years. The maintenance staff and office staff have always been helpful and courteous at all times. They truly take care of and value the people that live here. The only negative is that when we moved in there was talk about our unit getting new flooring due to some spots on the carpet left by the previous tenants but we never saw it come to fruition.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
March 26, 2023We've been here since 2015. We really feel like this is home for us. We enjoy feeling pretty safe so we can walk around to see the ponds and ducks. In the summer the pool is wonderful! They also have a dog park for our fur baby. If we have a maintenance problem, they are very prompt and accommodating. Great place to live!
October 30, 2020We relocated to Ohio in April, 2020. Although it was a rather quick move, we did make a 2 day trip to the Cleveland area to look at rental properties. None of them met even our most minimum expectations. Disheartened, we returned to our previous home, still looking for a place to call our new home, with less than a week before we were scheduled to move. When we contacted Parkhill online, Jodi almost instantly responded. We didn't want to rent a place without seeing it first, but had little ...choice. Jodi did the next best thing for us, a virtual tour that was very well done by John. In the tour video, he explained what the differences would be between the unit he was showing us and the unit that we were looking at, showed us the amenities, and just did a great job. Based on John's tour, we decided that this would make a wonderful place to call home. Our approval process was fast, friendly, professional, and quite easy. In less than 48 hours from our initial contact we had our approval. Did I mention that all of this was happening in the middle of the Coronavirus shutdown?! With all of the uncertainty of what was to come, it was refreshing and comforting to have such a pleasant experience in applying for and securing our new home. Since we moved in, we have witnessed that the gounds are impeccably maintained, maintenance requests are almost immediately taken care of, communication with and from the staff is always prompt, courteous, and professional, and the residents are very friendly! In a world full of madness and uncertainty, coupled with the stress of our move to a strange land, knowing less than nothing about the area, Jodi, Brian, John, all of the staff, and the residents at Parkhill made our scary move much less scary.Property Manager Responded
