Great Place to Live
November 20, 2025My wife and I had the privilege of living at Park Hill for almost 2.5 Years and it was a great place to live ! We found the house that we had been searching for over the last couple of years or we would still be residing there ! If you are looking for a quiet setting convenient to everything in and around many great Restaurants, Schools , Ect . this is the place , on sight Exercise , Workout Room, Laundromat, Car Wash , Saltwater pool with a waterfall and much more ! I commend the Park Hill ...Manager (Diane) for making sure that if we ever had any problem with the Apartment that needed attention , that she made sure that it was handled immediately ! November 20, 2025I have been living on this property for over 3 years now and absolutely love it. Its quite, peaceful and a safe place for kids. My son loves the pool during the summer and playing on the basketball court. The office staff is always very helpful and maintenance is quick to react to any issues I have had. Not Bad!!
January 10, 2023We've been here almost a year and it's really not a bad place. Everytime we've had an issue in our apartment, it got fixed immediately. The apartments are older, but inside its nice, spacious and they're currently doing small remodeling projects.Review from Apartments.com
