Terrible management – do not recommend!
September 2, 2025Terrible management – do not recommend! I have been a resident at Park Kiely for 3 years and I have never seen the situation as bad as it is now. Until last month the property was managed by Greystar, but now they have brought in some company called AMC, which I had never even heard of, and it has been an absolute disaster. They don’t have any records of the residents, claim they don’t have a system to update personal or lease information, and they only accept payments by handwritten check – ...which is completely outdated and inconvenient. It feels like the community has simply been abandoned. It makes no sense that the previous management left without passing along any information and now the new one is completely lost, making residents pay the price with our time and money. I understand they might be overwhelmed, but that is not the residents’ fault. On top of that, every single day random strangers and even homeless people walk into the community, there is absolutely zero security. And to make matters worse, the pool is basically public because people from outside the property come and use it all the time. Zero control, zero safety! After three years of living here, I never thought I would see such chaos and disregard. Terrible management, zero transparency, zero organization, zero security.
