    Upon our move-in, there were multiple cockroach sightings in my unit despite it being claimed as a pre-inspected unit. As that went on, we found the entire property and lawn at night is infested with them crawling everywhere. I also found on move-in day that our dishwasher was broken, and maintenance never came to fix it. The office is open one day a week, same with maintenance. Communication was horrible with multiple, multiple emails having to be sent as well as going in to confront issues ...
    that should have been resolved quicker. Maintenance and pest control would enter our unit without notice or warning. No communication so I'd have to stay home to ensure communication. Would highly recommend NOT moving here at all. It's not worth the stress. Ultimately we had to break our lease and get out due to the circumstances. Definitely a bummer due to the location, but never again will I move to a Pathfinder managed location.

    In my four years of living here I am thankful to have new management and new owners because they upkeep the property and are ahead of the game. I live in a one bedroom apartment and I have a spacious patio which is very nice in the summer. I am in walking distance of Downtown Carmel which is great for me to be able to walk around. The location is great and the price is very reasonable.

    Horrible maintenance! Very slow to respond to problems! Common areas in terrible condition. No surprise pool will not open on time!

Also, the common areas will be completely redone in the upcoming few months so everything will be updated while adding additional lighting. We are very excited about this update! We decided not to open the pool on time for safety reasons, but we were able to open just a couple of days later. We apologize if you did not receive the notice that was sent to your door.
