January 3, 2018In my four years of living here I am thankful to have new management and new owners because they upkeep the property and are ahead of the game. I live in a one bedroom apartment and I have a spacious patio which is very nice in the summer. I am in walking distance of Downtown Carmel which is great for me to be able to walk around. May 27, 2017Horrible maintenance! Very slow to respond to problems! Common areas in terrible condition. No surprise pool will not open on time!Property Manager Responded
July 7, 2017We apologize for your experience. We are adjusting maintenance so there will be consistency with your work orders. Also, the common areas will be completely redone in the upcoming few months so everything will be updated while adding additional lighting. We are very excited about this update! We decided not to open the pool on time for safety reasons, but we were able to open just a couple of days later. We apologize if you did not receive the notice that was sent to your door. Please feel free to call the office and let us know your concerns as we will be prompt to respond.
