October 27, 2025Replaced Water Heater & Cleaned Carpet The maintenance staff and management of Park Lane Apartments did a wonderful job replacing the water heater which had sprung a leak during the evening. With their guidance I was able to shut off the water. Work was done quickly with the replacement of a new water heater and the carpet was cleaned after the work was done. Everything was completed successfully within a 12 hour period. Very pleased with the work done.Property Manager Responded
