I have submitted requests and have not seen a maintenance man yet. I have submitted a list of things that need to be done and nothing has been done!!! The maintenance staff and management team have notified of a lengthy list of things that need repair and nothing has been. We have been here since March 2026 and is now July 2026.

Robert my tech was fine but when I call the office for the last 2weeks no response so I will take other measures I have no electric in my kitchen or both baths outlets so I will be going to corporate I have been here since 2004 to be treated this way is not right

Customer Service needs improvement Made a request to property management to provide the date when the air filter was changed after I paid for the air duct cleaning was ignored and demonstrates the inability to honor commitments.
Interrupting my ability to acquire a quote from the cleaning vendor to address impacted upholstery due to a flood caused a broken valve from the washer machine is unprofessional.

I absolutely love the community I love the staff the leasing agents that's in the office very polite always professional it's just one problem with this complex they never fix things in a timely manner and this is before when I first moved here this been going on it took them a whole year one year to get a dishwasher rent is extremely high for every American especially when you expect things to be done in the timely manner because of the high rent that you're paying it's just disappointing that ...

No problems I have lived at Park Lane apartments for about seven years and i like it here. The only problem i have is the rent increase every year. I Am on a fixed income and afraid i wont be able to afford it here. But other than that i don't have any problem here.

Living In Comfort Park Lane Apartments is such an easy place to call home. The staff works with you, service items are done with ease. Neighbors are nice there is wildlife that comes to visit, deer, funny chipmunks, birds of all kinds. Such a nice place.

Inconsistent I requested flooring almost a year ago. I was told to wait until renewal time. I renewed in April still no updates. I should not have to keep following up.

Very Poor Maintenance Service If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m not sure what is going on but residential services have significantly declined over the past couple years. When I put in a work order for repairs, I have to wait over a week to get them completed. In front of my unit, whenever it rains, a giant puddle of standing water forms to the point where I have to walk on the grass to get to my door. In the winter time, it freezes and causes a slipping hazard. I have told the front ...

It takes the front office forever to return phone calls. If you are a prospective tenant, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are quick to collect your monthly rent but slow to address issues you may have.
