August 15, 2025Happy but not happy Just renewed my lease, but there are still things that hasn’t been corrected since I moved in. When I moved in I informed the leasing office about a chip in my bedroom window after a year nothing has been done to replace or repair window. The 2nd bathroom sink is starting to peel, I had reported this to Leasing Office, but found out that it was never logged in for repair and still waiting as of this date. Front lawn is burnt and appears that no one is working to correct ...this problem. It is an eyesore. I feel I shouldn’t have to tell this to Leasing Office ,since the lawn is mowed every week,. This should be addressed by the lawn care company. Other than those concerns, still enjoy living in the complex it’s quiet and will keep.Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2025Things Have Changed The maintenance and overall communication hasn't been the greatest. I'm not sure if management has changed but maintenance request are taking so long to be completed. The leasing office is barely available for phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. I'm not sure if you're short staffed but if so, communicate that. Personally, I've been waiting for a work order to be completed for two weeks now, can't use my kitchen sink because of a plumbing issue.Property Manager Responded
