I love living at Park Lane apartments. The leasing manager, Allyse, was so kind and thorough helping me through the application process, and the apartment I rented is in great condition. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests, and having an online portal for maintenance and rent payments is seamless!

Had a hard time finding a property that returned my calls or that were scheduling in person tours. The manager returned my call quickly and accomodated a late evening appointment. She told me prior to my tour that I had to wear a mask and that she would be wearing one also. I felt very comfortable knowing that. Apartment was much larger than I expected and extremely clean. I love it here so far. I tried submitting this review twice already but having an issue.

We found Park Lane when we were looking for an apartment near to Montclair State University.
The apartments are clean, spacious, and a great value. We also like that they are in a safe neighborhood with ample on-site parking.
The property manager is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. The maintenance manager is also friendly and professional. So far we are very happy!
