Very easy process. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. Great rooftop that over looks the water. I would recommend anyone who likes an upscale apartments.

The studio packs a lot of value for the price. The room is clean and in working order. Few areas with cosmetic damage from prior usage but nothing that impacts functionality. Location is great if you work in the Seaport. Don’t bring a car if you can help it. General and overnight parking is a nightmare unless you’re willing to pay an arm and leg.

I absolutely love living at Park Lane Seaport. The staff is amazing. Concierges are like family and always welcome you home when you walk in the door. Maintenance is responsive and thorough, and the leasing staff is very communicative and doesn't gouge you on pricing. My experience the past two years has been nothing but positive
