October 10, 2025The studio packs a lot of value for the price. The room is clean and in working order. Few areas with cosmetic damage from prior usage but nothing that impacts functionality. Location is great if you work in the Seaport. Don’t bring a car if you can help it. General and overnight parking is a nightmare unless you’re willing to pay an arm and leg.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025I absolutely love living at Park Lane Seaport. The staff is amazing. Concierges are like family and always welcome you home when you walk in the door. Maintenance is responsive and thorough, and the leasing staff is very communicative and doesn't gouge you on pricing. July 28, 2025this building is garbage. the elevators barely work (wait times over 10 min most days), AC constantly doesn’t work, the concert venue next door is so loud and you can hear it in your apartment. Concierge is never there when you need them security is so low - people can easily get up to your floor without being stopped.Property Manager Responded
