A wonderful place to reside!
October 20, 2023My 87 year old aunt resided here for 3 wonderful years until it was time for assisted living. After viewing over 10 apartments from orchard park to west Seneca to Lancaster this was a winner by a long shot! The rooms were immaculate as well as the maintained property. The residents were all so kind and friendly and the management team office were outstanding! Such great communication from the complex to residents was provided. Any maintenance issues (which there were barely any) were handled in ...same day. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my aunt to reside! Five stars from me and my family. Great Place to live
March 28, 2018Have lived in Parklane South for 3 years. Spacious, newer apartment with laundry in unit. Great location close to restaurants and stores on Transit Rd. Responsive maintenance department. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Love the pool in the summer and fitness room in the winter.Review from Apartments.com
