HORRIBLE DON'T RENT HERE
October 11, 2017If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would. This complex is ran by the most crooked management there is. They can and will try to con you out of thousands of dollars one you sign your lease. Which by the way doesn't have an early termination clause AT ALL , I'm not sure how that is even legal but apparently it is. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DON'T LEASE HERE!Review from Apartments.com

Nice but.......
August 16, 2017Apartment layout is nice but they are not as soundproof as management leads you to believe. I moved here because the appearance of the complex was welcoming and it was new at the time. However, the fact that there are high rent increases EVERY year is ridiculous. We aren't getting any additional services for the increase in rent in fact for the "yearly inspection" when batteries are changed in smoke detectors tenants are instructed to furnish the batteries!! Yes, the complex setting is nice but ...that does not justifiy the high rent increases. Management can be difficult to work with once you sign the lease. They don't care..tenants are just a number to them and they project the feeling they can just replace you with new tenants, which is very sad for a company that owns so many properties and should want to keep their tenants happy. Regarding the review below "Luxury Living" it honestly sounds like it was written by management.Property Manager Responded

Luxury Living!!
August 9, 2017These are by far the best apartment complex's in the area! They are not very old, so there is stainless steel appliances in my apartment, along with washer and dryer hookups so I could bring my own! The noise is very low in the apartment. I may hear someone coming or going, or the random dog bark, but that comes with the territory. The maintenance staff, Carl and Serg are fantastic! Always prompt! My screen door came off the patio and within minutes of calling the office, Carl was there ...fixing it for me! I moved in last December and was surprised to see how fast they do snow and ice removal! The clubhouse has a full kitchen, computer for us to use and the heated pool is the best feature, which I believe is salt water too. The staff in the office, Joe, Gary and Eric are awesome! They always say hi when they see me and answer my questions quickly when I do have them. I often see Gary and Eric walking around the property, checking things out and talking to the other residents. Makes me feel safe and welcome here! Defiantly plan to stay here for a long while!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Walk at your own risk
December 20, 2015Site maintenance is a joke- there is no sanding or shoveling for the second year in a row. The outside looks nice but don't be deceived. They make no effort and someone will slip and fall and break a bone - glare ice on the driveways and sidewalks. I would never recommend these apartments or young development.Review from Apartments.com
