November 6, 2025I’ve called Park Lane home for a while now, and it’s truly one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever experienced. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued. Park Lane Not Recommended
November 5, 2025We had a very disappointing experience living here for a year. The building is extremely noisy, with frequent late-night car alarms, and the construction quality feels cheap. Management communication was excessive and often unhelpful, filled with constant rule-reminder emails instead of real solutions. Our security deposit was delayed despite the unit being left in excellent condition. Parking is limited, and the rent is far too high for the quality of life provided. Terrible
November 5, 2025My experience was terrible. The soundproofing was incredibly poor, and the area was extremely dusty due to construction. Nighttime racing in the garage was constantly making it difficult to sleep. Ventilation was so bad that even flies that flew in from the street were dying by the morning. When we received a lease extension (we had three months left to live there), we cancelled because we had found another great option. And then the problems started... The staff would enter the apartment without ...warning and open the door with their own keys, which is absolutely unacceptable. Ultimately, they didn't return the security deposit, citing the apartment's condition, which is a complete lie, as cleaning services were hired and the walls were even touched up before we moved out. There's video evidence that the apartment was handed over in perfect condition (the form didn't list any damage or defects). We had to go to court. So if you don't want unnecessary headaches and problems, avoid this place.Property Manager Responded

We have strict protocols regarding entry into apartment homes and only enter with proper notice or in an emergency, in accordance with state and lease requirements. With respect to your move-out, our team followed the standard inspection process and documented the condition of the apartment as required by our lease agreement. INFESTED with PESTS
October 4, 2025This place is absolutely disgusting. The units are crawling with SILVERFISH, and management offers nothing but excuses. Their response was, “They’re hard to get rid of.” Seriously? For the rent they charge, you’d expect a clean, LIVABLE space — not pests eating your clothes. You can see them all up and down the hallways... If you value your belongings (or your sanity), DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Consider this your warning: you’ll be paying top dollar to share your home with roommates that ...don’t pay rent.Property Manager Responded

A follow-up service was completed one week later, and a third visit is already scheduled to ensure continued monitoring and treatment. In addition, our maintenance technician inspected your apartment and surrounding areas to check for possible entry points and conducted moisture readings throughout the unit, hallway, and building. Great Place to Live
November 22, 2024I have been a resident at Park Lane for almost six months. So far my experience has been outstanding. The staff is exceptional (friendly as well as professional), from sales representative, to maintenance, to concierge services. Dawn, who has been very helpful even went out of her way to aid me when I needed to retrieve a lost item. The porter for the property, Luis, takes such good care to keep his areas of the building very clean and in good order. Park Lane
November 14, 2024I have lived at Park Lane for 10 years and it is the best place to Live in Cherry Hill. The staff is excellent and Dawn Amato has become the face of Park Lane for the excellent service she and the team provide. When a work order gets put in it is handled quickly. They have a great pool and Gym. The location is also excellent. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and Grocry Stores in walking distance.Property Manager Responded

Awesome place to live!

The apartment, location, and commute to work initially captivated me, but it was the concierge service that truly set this place apart. Great place to live!
March 4, 2020Great place to live! The ladies who work at the club house do an outstanding job making you feel at home here. They are always planning activities and events that are so adorable! Holiday coffee bar, movie nights, football parties, summer bbqs, etc. The clubhouse and buildings are immaculately clean and the people are so nice!
