The staff is exceptional (friendly as well as professional), from sales representative, to maintenance, to concierge services. Park Lane

I have lived at Park Lane for 10 years and it is the best place to Live in Cherry Hill. The staff is excellent and Dawn Amato has become the face of Park Lane for the excellent service she and the team provide. When a work order gets put in it is handled quickly. They have a great pool and Gym. The location is also excellent. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and Grocry Stores in walking distance.

Great place to live! The ladies who work at the club house do an outstanding job making you feel at home here. They are always planning activities and events that are so adorable! Holiday coffee bar, movie nights, football parties, summer bbqs, etc. The clubhouse and buildings are immaculately clean and the people are so nice! There was no comparison in the size of the units and the overall quality of the buildings. We've only lived here for about a month but so far we really like it. It has been a nice change from our previous apartment in the city. Our apartment here has lots of room, closet space, and cabinet space. There is also plenty of parking and the location is super convenient with Wegmans and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything in the apartment is also nice and modern and we are glad to have a gas stove again. Our biggest complaints so far are the lack of a ...
garbage disposal and ice maker. We are getting used to it but you'd expect a place this nice and expensive to at least have garbage disposals. Also, we are disappointed that the pet fees are so high. We were hoping to get some foster kittens, but the extra fees are just too much. We were a little nervous about being on the second floor and the neighbors above us do seem to jump around a lot, but overall it's not bad. The gym and pool are really nice, and apparently they have free breakfast for the residents on Sundays, so we are planning to go tomorrow for the first time.
