Renters Reviews and Ratings
Renters beware
December 27, 2021Tenants are wonderful! It is a beautiful community consisting of mainly older individuals. Everyone looks out for their neighbors. Management is horrible. Requests for repairs were ignored for years, concerns were not validated. Beware if you move to the 400 building! A flood in Sept 2021 destroyed all first floor apartments and repairs were seemingly completed rather quickly. Management did nothing to aid their tenants during that time except to demand rent and allow maintenance to yell at ...tenants to move their belongings immediately. A nice place to live
May 2, 2014I lived in Park Manor from April 2013 to October 2013. I found it to be very clean, well maintained, and a good value for the price. It is nice that I could have my cat there. Lots of friendly people living in there. My only concern is that by the end of my lease, the friendly older people had all moved out and an awful lots of questionable younger folks had moved in, and they were always sitting outside smoking and being creepy, all hours of the day and night. Do not live here!
June 14, 2013Do not live in these apartments, the property management group is completely unreasonable. While many other property management groups care about their renters, this one clearly doesn't. Vicky, who works in the office, expects tenents to manage their own properties and if she fails to request maintanence or cash a rent check it is the renters fault! I had several issues throughout my stay there that were never addressed by maintanence. Usually the answer was "we'll send someone out." The one ...time they did send someone out it wasn't for an issue I needed help with and they ruined both my walls and carpet. Beware!
