April 18, 2025I've lived at P.Meadows for 16 yrs. Nick and his crew were the best. Very good to me when I had issues. Josh goes above and beyond. I greatly appreciate him and all of maintenance for that matter. I wasn't treated as a number but a person. They keep the grounds maintain. Well, it's apt living. You're going to have issues with screaming kids but...they are just that, kids. There is not going to be issues with apt living. For the most part it is home.Property Manager Responded

This March snow storm of 2024
March 26, 2024We had help from Kent the maintenance man our vehicle had a flat and he with out hesitation went and got his air compressor and helped fill up my tire we have been here for 2 years now and the whole staff and complex is amazing to everyone !!! Not good
November 2, 2022lived here from 10/2021-10/22 and couldn't wait for the lease to be over. Bed bugs came into our unit from the people below, our electrical circuit always blew (maintenance never fixed it) along with 2/4 burners on the stove never working. Almost everyone in the buildings is afraid of dogs, never felt welcoming or clean.Property Manager Responded

Not Great
June 16, 2020I moved here a year ago and the pictures are deceiving so look at the place first. You pay water, trash and sewer which is missing on the website. Some people in the office are okay but a lot just look and act mad all the time or if you ask a question they look at you like you are asking a dumb question. The residents are very rude and disrespectful. Kids are out and running all the time with no supervision and run the pool splashing jumping and throwing clothes at strangers. They throw trash all ...over the ground and refuse to pick it up (maintenance does a great job cleaning it up) people ring your door all the time to try to get in different buildings, lots of people are scared of dogs which can get annoying or scary when the back up fast and start to fall down the stairs...basically visit the place before moving in multiple times and make sure some one does a check out visit with you or they seem to charge everything even if it was cleaned. This place is a JOKE

Park Meadows is so cool
February 9, 2018All apartments have their issues. That's city living haters. Park Meadows is well managed, any maintenance call has been responded to quickly, leasing office girls are really friendly, and residents are respectful.
