Really, really awful management. I’m a quiet tenant, I’ve not had any emergencies and rarely a maintenance request but since I’ve lived here, management hours have gotten shorter and shorter. What was once 9-6, 6 days per week is now 10-4, 4 days per week and if you need anything it’s likely that you will never receive it. called emergency maintenance and was told that I’d need to call a locksmith. These are key fob entry doors which means that a locksmith would have to break the door in order to open it. When I told management—they said that I would have to pay for the broken door. I pay to live here! I have two small kids and now am forced to sleep in the community room all because no one wants to help. Not to mention, they never answer the phone. When I first moved in, there was a lady named Ms Nina that was very helpful but I guess she has moved on and if this is how they treat their tenants that pay to be here, I can only imagine how they treat their employees.
