Horrifying
July 14, 2025This apartment complex is absolutely horrible. Recently moved out because of this. The apartments are small, the bathtub leaked and was never fixed despite complaints, the closet doors would slide off and be broken, the dog park is small the pool opened way late too. They charge old tenants the same as new ones without the renovations that come with it. They can’t even finish painting the buildings, some are white, some aren’t, some doors are glass, others aren’t. Their so called “multi-million ...dollar club house and gym” you ask? Some fancy chairs, marbles walls and marble floors blue three treadmills, a weight rack, and a few leg machines, not to mention the it’s connected to the pool in which kids run around on the equipment WET. You’ll pay your rent and still get a letter at the door for how you didn’t pay it, people who’ve been living there for over a decade started moving out too. Drawers were broken, cabinets were broken and dry rotted, and the electric and gas bills? Terrifyingly high. If you were to ask me it’s chaos. Pure chaos. When they first bought the place everyone got a little pamphlet that said anyone under 16 had to be supervised by an adult outside, not taking into account that the middle and high-school buses all pick up students at the front of the place. One lady asked to get the same renovations the new tenants had if she was paying the same price as them, they slapped white paint over the cupboards and drawers and said done.
