Very nice and beautiful. Managers are very nice. The property is clean, all the greenery is all trimed. Any repairs needed, is taken care of right away.

This a great apartment complex, with 2 pools, several laundry rooms, gated community with patrolling security, and spacious balconies with beautiful views of dozens of trees. I live in a 3bd 2ba, the master bath is spacious as well as the closet in the bedroom. Complex provides 7 day a week maintenance with prompt responses. Downsides: limited parking in complex, we are provided one assigned covered parking and a second unassigned uncovered parking. Often times it is difficult to find parking ...
because of neighbors' guests. Surrounding neighborhood isn't too safe so no one wants to park outside, with there being numerous break-ins over night. Hot water out of facets often a yellow color, as a result of old pipes because these a fairly old buildings. For the most part neighbors are nice, with tons of families, and pets. All in all, it is a very peaceful place with beautiful views (including a community garden neighboring the complex).
