October 24, 2024Park Pines is a decent place to live. I stay in a one bed room and it’s very spacious and quiet for the most part. If they hire decent management and maintenance it’ll be even better. July 4, 2024Park Pines was a great place to live years ago. We had a friendly management staff that showed concern and got issues resolved. The past 3 or so years have not been good. I HATE IT !
February 21, 2024I’ve complained since last year about the person above me and the ongoing noise after 10 .. guess what , They told me to call the police ! If y’all have quiet hours and they violate them why we have to call the police ! I hate I even moved here in these apartments ! No one answers
November 8, 2022I’ve called a couple numbers a few times. No one ever answers. I’d hate to think what tenants go through to get something fixed. Price and application fee seem too goo to be true, but can’t get anyone to answer to set up a tour.Property Manager Responded

Called so Many times
