Ms. Vickie is the best landlord ever. Super sweet, very professional and always going above and beyond to help me when I need help. Whenever I have a problem which is hardly ever ,but when I do, she jumps on it with the quickness. Love her so much :)

Park Pines is a decent place to live. I stay in a one bed room and it’s very spacious and quiet for the most part. If they hire decent management and maintenance it’ll be even better. Updating and upgrading is also something that could be done to making the living experience better.

Park Pines was a great place to live years ago. We had a friendly management staff that showed concern and got issues resolved. The past 3 or so years have not been good. I hate going to the office because it’s not welcoming. I always leave feeling like I’ve interrupted their day. The environment positive.

I’ve complained since last year about the person above me and the ongoing noise after 10 .. guess what , They told me to call the police ! If y’all have quiet hours and they violate them why we have to call the police ! I hate I even moved here in these apartments ! Can’t wait til my lease up ..I’ve literally been complaint since august of last year …! NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE …

These apartments are okay for the price. Its not noisy and I love that. Maybe a security gate that closes at night will be a benefit. But other then that. It’s great.

I’ve called a couple numbers a few times. No one ever answers. I’d hate to think what tenants go through to get something fixed. Price and application fee seem too goo to be true, but can’t get anyone to answer to set up a tour.

I called so many times, left messages and emailed. I finally got a hold someone after weeks of trying. When I finally did the lady was rude, shirt and very unhelpful. Just imagine trying to get help when you actually stay here.

I did the online app and made an appointment to tour and talk about getting a lease. I got a confirmation email for my appointment. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. Can't call, don't return emails. Glad I saw how it really is before getting into a lease.

These apartments are NASTY! They also are roach infested. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN THESE. Horrible management. They have random people off of the street to clean out the apartments. I wish I could give this no stars!!!
