May 17, 2023Multiple things wrong here. There is unprofessional maintenance they flooded my apartment not once not twice but three times. There has been water leaking from the lights in the bathroom because of upstairs neighbors there has been no working fridge or stove for 6 months now I have been here for only 4months and it's problem after problem and the office lady is very unhelpful and doesn't get back to you at all with anything you bring upReview from Apartments.com
Dropped ball
October 27, 2021I called, got approved, and had everything ready for the townhome. She kept saying she'd call me when it was ready. I started the process in mid August. It's almost November. She ghosted me. I don't think they really care!!Review from Apartments.com

August 27, 2021Very poorly managed We inquired about a unit got approved and for a whole month they gave us the run around about why the unit wasn’t ready excuse after excuse we lived one month out of boxes because we were waiting for one thing or another excuse after excuse. Great Property and Management
December 19, 2017Park Place has changed a lot in the last 6 months. The NEW management is taking care of so much! They are adding great amenities that have been much needed! They have built a new laundry on-site as well added a dog park. They are adding a playground, volleyball, frisbee golf, and horseshoe pit. They are currently renovating all of the property! Their manager in the office Brittany is doing a great job with cleaning up that property and bringing it back to life!
