I love it here at Park Place in Ferndale. Newly renovated, nice and quiet friendly people here who smile and wave. Conveniently located near everything you could need. Walk to the park, farmers market, and get your coffee from Mug Shots.

Just moved out and it's a wonderful community in a great neighborhood. My neighbors were quiet and respectful and I loved the apartment. It was a great price! Just had to move due to work. Wish I could have stayed.
