Disappointing.
January 16, 2025high raise in rent which is causing a lot of people to move out and $650 fee if you dont pay it by the 5th. Maintenance not up to par and definitely not worth the rent being asked for.Property Manager Responded

Mold
July 11, 2023If I could give this place zero stars I would. A month after moving in we started getting mold in the windows and guest bathroom I have reported for over 6 months with no response from the management! People breaking into cars! Overwhelming smell of marijuana. Drug deals left and right! Guns being pulled on people! Not a safe environment for children.Property Manager Responded
