Great spot for grad students! I'm finishing my degree at ETSU and the quiet hours policy actually gets enforced here which is rare. Maintenance fixed my disposal within hours of putting in a request.

We've been here two years now and keep renewing our lease. The updates they've made to common areas look fantastic and rent increases have been reasonable compared to what friends are paying elsewhere in Johnson City.

Love it here overall but the walls could be thicker - can sometimes hear my neighbors TV. That said, management is super responsive and the location cant be beat for getting around town quickly.

My roommate and I moved in this spring after looking at probably a dozen places around Johnson City and the Tri-Cities area. What sold us was the natural light in the units and the fact that utilities have been lower than we budgeted for. Only thing I'd change is maybe more guest parking spots on weekends but we make it work. The proximity to everything on North Roan and the Mall has been clutch too.

Management is almost impossible to reach , and cops patrol the community frequently. Mail also consistently disappears with no trace.

If your looking for affordable but still quality housing near the medical district this is it. Moved here for a job at the hospital and my commute is like 10 minutes. Staff has been nothing but helpful since day one.

high raise in rent which is causing a lot of people to move out and $650 fee if you dont pay it by the 5th. Maintenance not up to par and definitely not worth the rent being asked for.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. A month after moving in we started getting mold in the windows and guest bathroom I have reported for over 6 months with no response from the management! People breaking into cars! Overwhelming smell of marijuana. Drug deals left and right! Guns being pulled on people! Not a safe environment for children.
