A little far, but comfy.
October 2, 2015I’ve lived here since last July and I considered moving due to the location (I’d prefer to be closer to the downtown area). But after seeing the prices and *outrageous* pet fees at other places, I decided to stay. The community is actually really cozy and the office staff is easy to talk to about any issues, which has been a problem with other apartments I’ve had. I can definitely see myself staying here until I switch cities.Review from Apartments.com

August 7, 2015This apartment complex was fine for the first few months being that I am a college student on a budget. However, the only good thing i can say about this complex is that the pool is fairly nice and kept up. I live in a three bedroom apartment and from the start I've been experiencing problems with the ac in the master bedroom. During the summer it is extremely hot. When I asked for assistance the first summer I lived there, the complex told me that all 3 bedroom apartments within this complex ...have this problem. Considering that the summer heat in Louisiana is ridiculous and I live on the second floor, you can just about imagine how uncomfortable this is. Not to mention the difference this causes with the bill. The laundry building also didn't have ac at all. to help I tried doing laundry at night instead and I'd still break a good sweat late at night with no sun in sight.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
