December 2, 2020the biggest selling point is the people who work here. I have been here Since 2014 and when the area was flooding workers came door to door and let us know. the staff is the biggest selling point of this place. They work with you and are generally nice.Review from Apartments.com
Warning do not rent at Park Place Apartments
September 17, 2016The office lady who showed me my apartment pointed out to me that my neighbors were dealing drugs. So the office lady was well aware and never did anything about it. So I had to deal with sketchy encounters at our neighbors on many nights including violence, partying and drug use. They also promise things and don't come through on said promises for months. The walls of the apartment were covered in yellow cigarette goo. I cleaned the walls 20-25 times but every time the yellow nicotine on the ...wall would show. Neighbors would always be smoking cigarettes in the hallways. They treated me very unfair when moving out and charged me a bunch of money for new carpet even though I lived there for 3 years and the carpet was in very good condition.
