My husband and I have lived at Park Place since May 2020. We fell in love with New Albany, and we fell in love with our apartment — that is until Wogan Group took over management in December 2021. After initially receiving a letter stating our rental amount will remain the same, we then received another letter a month later stating there would be a 5% increase, in addition to a $45 “community package” fee which was not clarified as being an additional cost on top of our newly increased rent. my husband and I went to the front office with our complaints and concerns, we had three different discussions with three different employees, the last of whom either refused to understand why we were upset or could not see why they were in the wrong. Based on further research, Wogan Group seems to be the issue, and we are inclined to believe such because we have never had a problem with our apartment before. BEWARE!

We moved here in March and are enjoying the property. It is very conveniently located and close to everything. The maintenance crew is Excellent and very fast. You just request maintenance on the app and they complete the repairs the same day when possible. The fitness center is very clean and the equipment is nice. It’s very quiet and peaceful sitting on our patio. Looking forward to the pool opening Memorial Day weekend.

On a positive note, the place is nice. they got gym and pool. We’ve been here for a few years. It was a pleasant experience until Wogan mgt took over. The price went up but the service went down. The new manager needs to be more professional and customer oriented. Won’t do anything to help you unless it is according to their “policy”. Won’t even offer seat to visitors. She’s very apathetic and inconsiderate and just there for the money. I hope Wogan would consider a different person for that ...
position, otherwise, this place is going down. Pool isn’t even open and our access card doesn’t work so there’s no point of having a gym and pool where no one can enter. The front Gate has been busted for months now and do not even attempt to ask help for maintenance. Guarantee you will be disappointed. Oh, we got potholes now too. But the place it self is nice.

Even though their is new staff things haven’t changed they are nice. And friendly as well. And is also making. Better improvements. I live at Park Place and I love it! The new management and office staff are amazing!! The property is undergoing many upgrades since being under new management!
