It's a decent place to live but not worth all the rent increases. Buildings flood when it rains, the pool is shaded over by a huge tree in the late afternoon. It is a good location, near interstate and a safe neighborhood. The apartments are good sized with lots of closet storage. Minimal to no bugs. Management staff onsite is helpful but I don't care for their corporate company. The maintenance man is very nice, quick, and helpful. Landscaping workers are onsite constantly, and are quite ...
