Apartments Dirty
November 7, 2022Moved into an apartment that was dirty and half way done. The dishwasher wasn’t working, and we been waiting weeks to get it fixed, multiples plugs aren’t working and there’s a strong smell of cat’s urine. Wouldn't recommend, very dirty
July 20, 2022I rented a townhome. Upon move in, the toilets were so dirty they were dark brown on the inside instead of white. There was carpet fuzz everywhere because they never cleaned after it was installed. The cupboards all had sawdust in them. Floors, baseboards, window treatments were all dirty. There was garbage outside everywhere all time. I weekly needed a shovel to pick up the garbage outside the fron door that would accumulate. The paint job is terrible, they missed spots in every room. If you ...drive a truck, it will most likely not fit in the garage. There isn't anywhere for guests to park, other than your driveway. You can hear normal day to day noise from your next door neighbors because of the way the building was built. I don't recommend it
August 27, 2021This might be the worst run place I've ever lived in, the management here is horrible, they don't show any concern for tenants and send out emails or texts once a week to tell us they're going to remodel/clean something that usually isn't even necessary or announce they're going to give infractions for anyone that does something they don't like.
