Management very unprofessional!!
December 10, 2015I've been waiting 3 weeks for my deposit to be returned. 185 dollars application fee they charged me. They are scamming people because of the holiday and tax time. I was approved on Brickell at double the rent they are offering for a 2 bedroom. They denied me with no reasoning. Anjelica never returns calls and is never in the office to answer questions. Its next to the worst area in Miami.. OVERTOWN. Stay away unless you like scum.Review from Apartments.com
Leo the manager the worst person in the building it's filthy
November 5, 2015Leo is the manager at park place by the bay, he is really sneaky person . And the building has the worst service every . And the service manager had insulted my sister. And they will scam you left and right. and you will never get anything helpful from them. The building has mold everywhere plus parking it's never organize my cars been scratched few times the elevators never work so many people their life were in danger because of it . They had a girl drowned in the pool. And they get my car ...towed which it was registered in the building. Made me pay for it and never refunded the money. incidents where they insulted my guests and much more!!! this building is truly a -3 stars the worst building you were ever live-in I recommend never moving there and the worst possible management team on the planet . So for the sake of yourself and your family and the health of your family never moved a trashy place like that.. August 19, 2015Overall, the building and living experience are adequate. Pros are the comparably low rent for the downtown Miami neighborhood, safe environment, close proximity to the Metro Mover (free downtown & Brickell transportation) and Metro Rail (low cost transportation to the Miami airport and South Miami areas). July 21, 2015Is a great location very close to the American Airlines Arena, Bayside shops, many restaurants, just 5 minutes from Wynwood , 10 min from south beach, 5 min from Brickell, and I'm can keep continue... September 18, 2014THe rent is very cheap considering the location, which is just five minutes from the heart of Brickell. Granted, it's a transitional area, so walking anywhere west at night is not a great idea. The staff is very friendly, however they are clearly overworked, which means any inquiry you may have will take a few days to get addressed. I try to be as patient as possible, since I've seen first hand that there are way too many residents and way too few staff on hand to help.Review from Apartments.com
