Nice apartments, but no respect for tenants
August 8, 2015The apartment itself is nice. Modern fixtures, a nice courtyard area. The pool is frequently dirty, and the hot tub breaks frequently. The location is great. But they completely tore out all the landscaping leaving us with a disaster area for the courtyard for 3 months, with no notice or compensation. I was embarassed to bring my girlfriend there in that time. They also decided to raise rent on me by $500 a year when my lease was up for renewal. They obviously don't feel they need to care ...about retaining tenants, and as such I can't recommend living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
